Julie’s first career was as a secondary school teacher at a large multiethnic inner city school. She then went to the Race Relations Office as an educator and after its merger continued as an educator with the Human Rights Commission.
Julie has worked extensively with Rainbow Tick, and Silver Rainbow, helping organisations get 'rainbow ready' via education and accreditation.
She has a MEd(Hons) and much of that was studying techniques to engage participants mentally and emotionally. Julie has the ability to put things in an easy-to-understand way and has a wealth of case studies to illustrate concepts.
Max is a workplace culture evangelist and leadership coach, specialising in employee engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion.

He will soon complete a masters degree in Organisational Change & Resilience through which he has extensively researched the 'rainbow ceiling' in Aotearoa and created initiatives for organisations to unlock the potential of rainbow leaders in their organisations.
